The Fourth Industrial Revolution is already here, and education leaders have a key role to play in equipping future generations for the new world we are entering.

The rapid rise of AI and automation will render many current jobs obsolete. At the same time, the AI shift-change will open up new industries and career paths. Its rollout has highlighted how recently undervalued human-facing ‘soft skills’, such as collaboration and communication, will be those most protected from the AI revolution. So, the question now is: How do we skill today’s students for the workplaces of tomorrow?
